Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche, the great 20th c. Nyingma master, said, “…it is vital to put all your energy into the Guru Yoga, holding onto it as the life and heart of the practice.” According to this advice, we engage in the Shower of Blessings, a Guru Yoga practice, this Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
We meet at our usual venue, 316 Commerce Street, in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. Please bring offerings of finger food, non-alcoholic beverage or flowers to add to the tsok (banquet). All are welcome.
