   The practice known as the One-Hundred Deities not only purifies the mind, it also prepares one for the “intermediate state” (bardo) between death and rebirth.  We engage this practice on Sunday, May 19 at 2 p.m.  A tsog (banquet) is included in the practice so please bring offerings of finger food, non-alcoholic beverages, or flowers.  All practitioners are welcome.  We meet at our usual place, 316 Commerce St., in beautiful Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia.
